How to Write a Quality Blog Comment
Compliment the Writer in a Specific Way
- If you like the bloggers post tell them
- Be positive
- Be specific
Add New Information
- Add factual information
- Don’t post the same information as anyone else
Make a Connection
- If a post reminds you of something you’ve seen/done share some facts about your time
End With a Question
- Ask relevant questions at the end of a comment
- Get a conversation going by asking the blogger a question about their post or themselves
- You will hopefully get a reply from the blogger
Proofread your Comment
- Use capital letters at the start of your sentence
- Use punctuation at the end of your sentences
- Only use 1 exclamation mark
- To show more excitement use more words
- Always capitalize I’s
