Guess Where It Is?
Clear water flows around a tropical area. I walk around with no shoes on and feel golden sand pushing up between my toes. It is soft and feels just like walking on white pillows on my bed.
Stretching out of the ground are towering palm trees looking just like grass when you are in a helicopter. The stumps are skinny and brown and they don’t even look like they are there because the sand is the same colour as the trees stumps. Different kinds are dotted around and leaves spring out of the center of this amazing plant.
The clouds are grouped together and remind me of a pile of marshmallows on the table. As they slowly fade away from me they change from a snow white to a dark purple or grey.
From this tropical spot the water rolls across my toes as I enter the ocean. I look at the colour of the water and I see a light blue colour and it mixes into a dark blue colour as the sea gets deeper. White foam also comes close and swishes back out and repeats this heaps of times.
We have been learning to describe a place without telling where it is. Can you tell where my place is?
